Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria(as on 1-10-2011),- Officer MMGS-II - (21 years - 32 years)
- For Officer MMG Scale-II – Law Officer(01 Post) - Degree from a Recognized University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.Experience : Two years.
- For Officer MMG Scale-II – Treasury Manager (01 Post)- Should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance. Experience : One Year.
- For Officer MMG Scale-II – Manager Personnel(01 Post) - MBA in HR or Master Degree in Social Work(Personnel Management & Labour Law). Experience: Two Years Experience in Personnel Management.
- Officer JMGS-I - (18 years - 28 years)( No Experience required).
- Bachelor degree of a recognised University in any discipline or its equivalent
- Proficiency in Hindi (Local Language).
- Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - (18 years - 28 years)( No Experience required )
- Bachelor degree of a recognised University in any discipline or its equivalent
- Proficiency in Hindi (Local Language).
- Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.
Selection Procedure
The selection of the candidates shall be on the basis of written test and interview. Written test will be of Objective Type Consisiting of :-
For Post Codes 01 (Officer Scale- II) :-
Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation, Financial Awarenes andeither one of Genaral english and General Hindi. Each part having 50 questions and a total time of 150 mins for 200 questions.For Post Codes 03 and 04( Officer Scale – I and Office Assistant):-
Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General awareness, and either one of Genaral english and General Hindi. Each part having 50 questions and a total time of 150 mins for 200 questions.Note:-
There will be negative Marking for wrong answers.The candidates securing a minimum of 40% marks(35% for SC/ST/XS/PC) in the written test shall qualify forinterview in ratio of 1:3 depending upon number of Vacancies.
