Qualification : 1) M.Sc. degree (Physics,Maths,Geophysics,Electronics) or B.E. (Electronics) 2) Experience – 2 years of working in the relevant field in a reputed Research Laboratory,Institute, University.
Desirable – Knowledge and experience – 1) Geomagnetism and related fields 2) Computer
networking, hardware and software 3)Electronics

Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-

Age limit : 30 years
Fellow – 03

Qualification : 1) 1st class Masters degree in (Physics,Geophysics,
Mathematics) 2) Preference – Doctorate degree in Geomagnetism or Allied fields or have 3 years research experience in these fields
Desirable – Knowledge and experience – 1) Archeomagnetism / Environmental magnetism 2) Geophysical Techniques 3) Computer networking and proficiency in use of software like Matlab 4) Instrumentation 5) Numerical Analysis and Mathematical Modeling 6) Space Physics

Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-

Age limit : 38 – 40 Years

Assistant – 01

Qualification : 1) Bachelors degree (Arts,Science,Commerce) 2) Preference – graduate in Law and computer savvy persons.

Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-
