Eligibility Criteria

   Age Criteria(as on 31.09.2011),

•  Officer MMGS-III - (21 years - 40 years) (Experience required - Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in any Bank or Financial Institution.
•  Officer MMGS-II - (21 years - 32 years)
  • For Officer MMG Scale-II – Information Technology (06 Posts) - Degree Electronics /Communication/ ComputerScience / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
    Experience : One year
  • For Officer MMG Scale-II –LAW Officer (01 Post)- Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
    Experience : Two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period not less than two years.
  • For Officer MMG Scale-II – Agriculture Officer (04 Posts) - Degree from a recognised University in any discipline in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture or its equivalent, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
    Experience : Two years
  • For Officer MMG Scale-II – General Banking Officer (15 Posts) - Degree from a recognised University in any discipline or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
    Experience : Two years as an officer in Bank or Financial Institution
•  Officer JMGS-I - (18 years - 28 years)( No Experience required).
  • Bachelor degree of a recognised University in any discipline or its equivalent
  • Proficiency in local language Chhattisgarhi.
  •  Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification
• Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - (18 years - 28 years)( No Experience required )
  • Bachelor degree of a recognised University in any discipline or its equivalent
  • Proficiency in local language Chhattisgarhi.
  •  Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.

Selection Procedure:

The selection of the candidates shall be on the basis of written test and interview. Written test will be of Objective Type Consisiting of :-

For Post Codes 01 to 05 (Officer Scale – III and Officer Scale- II) :-

Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation, Financial Awarenes andeither one of Genaral english and General Hindi. Each part having 50 questions and a total time of 150 mins for 200 questions.

For Post Codes 06 and 07( Officer Scale – I and Office Assistant):-

Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General awareness, and either one of Genaral english and General Hindi. Each part having 50 questions and a total time of 150 mins for 200 questions.

Note:-

There will be negative Marking for wrong answers.

The candidates securing a minimum of 40% marks(35% for SC/ST/XS/PC) in the written test shall qualify for
interview in ratio of 1:3 depending upon number of Vacancies.
